Well I just got an injection at my butt yesterday. Basically this is wad happen. I got stomach/gastric flu. Is horrible man! I felt nauseous for like the whole day , no appetite, drink water or anything that goes into the tummy it will be vomitted out in less than half a hour. The fever is up and down. The headache is excruciating. Thus, today i did not go training.Labels: still sick
